This branch of Math is related to limits, integrals, functions and derivatives and it also involves two major division operations like differential calculus and integral calculus. When they were bored they invented things like calculus and the Cartesian coordinate system. These guys are great at group theory, and seek to find and enjoy calculus of variations and solving Green's functions. I wonder how many geniuses like Descartes and Newton we have out there being sequestered by screens. I've just found that I don't really enjoy calculus, I don't have any particular trouble understanding it, but I have not been able to make myself put the work into mastering it that I should have. Sometimes there's a long line at the drive-thru. When April rolled around, I was mired in a mass of studying: Spanish, Macroeconomics, Psychology, and Calculus. It's possible I won't be that satisfied by my Taco Bell. Calculus was like lifting weights for my brain. Indeed, belief-source authority is the most robust and enduring kind of authority, stronger even than facts and logic tools like calculus, probability, and statistics. So I need to correct my calculus by factoring in probability. And sometimes I have bad experiences and don't enjoy the taste. So will data science go the same way? I really enjoyed calculus in high school and college… but it's been 20 years since I studied it.
